Sure Dry Waterproofing

Since I do not have email, this is a letter of commendation for Sure Dry Waterproofing. For 30 years we have had water periodically in our basement. Others have tried to repair to no avail. Last summer Donald Felton was working in my neighborhood and when I saw his truck, I stopped to inquire. He gave me his business card and said he did free estimates. I did not follow up. I had an inspection done by another professional that revealed black mold and a dangerous level of air quality in the crawlspace. I remembered having Mr Felton's business card so I called him. He came over and diagnosed the problem in the crawlspace. I signed a contract. I am so impressed with him because he has a vast knowledge of the system he uses and explained it in terms I could understand. I am a widow and I am cautious about allowing people in my home. I am also impressed with him because he has experienced men working for him and he works right along with them. I felt very safe and secure while they were here. He has a strict rules--no smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. and everything was clean and orderly when they left. Sure Dry Waterproofing solved the problem. No water in crawlspace, or mold, or musty odor. The air quality in the basement is now zero, down from 75 in January. His work is exemplary, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is a charming and successful young businessman.

We had a new and serious issue with leaking and flooding in the basement of our 90-year-old home. We hired Sure Dry on the basis of Don Felton's expert and knowledgeable recommendations. Don was professional, responsive and efficient. He and his crew finished the extensive drainage job in less than 3 days, just in time for a heavy rain. The basement stayed completely dry and the drainage system worked perfectly. We will highly recommend Sure Dry to others.

Don Felton and his crew put in a drainage and sump pump solution to basement leaking and seepage. They were professional in all aspects of the project from containment of the dust and dirt and cleaning up afterward. The house is 100+ years old and they found 2 concreted floors one on top of the other. This surprise did not pose an obstacle for Don and his team. We have since had rain that normally would have caused seepage into the basement but it has remained dry. The second part of the project will be done in the spring with the addition of window wells and dirt fill to improve the grade around the house. I have since recommended Don to 2 people, a friend and a relative, for similar problems.

This professional carefully studied the problems we had with drainage, some retaining walls and a berm in our front yard, then, he found solutions to resolve these issues. We enjoyed working with this professional and felt his knowledge and expertise were invaluable. His communication skills and willingness to listen to our concerns and ideas, were excellent. All of the workers that were brought to assist with this project were hard working and dedicated to safely and efficiently completing their jobs. After the repairs were made and the project was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and made our front yard and driveway look pristine. I talked to numerous waterproofing companies in the area (some of the bigger name ones with all the advertising, videos, and commercials) and I'm so glad I went with Sure Dry! Don (the owner) and his crew far surpassed my expectations: they did an excellent job and the price was half of what the others quoted for the exact same job. Half!! Don is very honest and nice to work with! He did me a huge favor (at no cost) and had his guys bust up and carry out an old concrete sink from my basement. My basement has never looked better! I wish I would have called him years ago!!
