I called Don and left word on his machine asking him to return my call. Not only did he return my call, but he stopped by that same afternoon, assessed my basement problem, provided me with an explanation I could understand, shot me a solid estimate and set a date to make repairs the following week. He arrived on time and completed the job in two days. I now have a dry basement for the first time in thirty years. ( what a fool for waiting so long!). Don was professional, honest, personable and efficient. He cleaned up meticulously each day, and his workers were courteous and hard working. I couldnâ t have had a better experience. I would recommend Don Felton and his Sure-Dry business without reservations.

contacted company to install sump pump, april 14 2020. week later tried to contact don for flow-up per discussion we had after several attempts gave up and call another company to relocate pump and complete job june 24 2020

Don & his team worked so efficiently, professionally & on schedule as planned. It was a huge relief to get this work done. I ve been having water in our crawl space for some time. He was probably the 5th estimate that I received. No scare tactics were used. He was very professional & since he had so much experience dealing with this issue, he knew exactly what needed to be done. These guys were very accommodating, courteous, and even did more than was expected. It hasn't rained yet but I believe they were very conscientious about the work they did. Price was reasonable and all employees were very nice and got the job done quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

My wife and I contacted Don Felton using Home Advisor, Don was the only contractor who listened to us and understood what we needed to fix our drainage problem! Don and his crew put in a French drain in our yard, so that water can drain away from around our window wells and keep them from filling with water! After Don left you could hardly tell that they were here except for where we asked them to put the excess dirt in a low spot in our yard. His workers even removed the rocks from the dirt and racked it level! I highly recommend Sure Dry Waterproofing (Donald Felton) Very professional and a Great person to work with! Don also installed a new sump pump in our basement at a very reasonable price and gave us a 5 year warranty on it (the manufacturer only gives you 3 years)!
