I hired Sure Dry because my basement was leaking. They were the third estimate I received. The first place I called couldn t even give me an estimate because the job was so large and would require tearing into the walls. The second business I called informed me that I was looking at a minimum $2,000. Thankfully, I called Sure Dry. He came out and after 20 minutes told me my issue could be fixed for around $15. I just needed to extend my downspout. I did that and my problem was solved! They are honest and reliable and I highly recommend!

I needed to find someone available as soon as possible for repair of my basement wall. Mr. Felton was able to begin the job almost immediately. He rearranged a previous appointment and was able to start the next day. The work was done with the barriers and very little dust. When I did the final inspection I was amazed at the work but the cleanup was immaculate. He and his team were very nice and I would recommend Sure Dry for anyone in need of repairs. .

Had a secondary sump pump installed. The sump pump has a 3-year warranty but provides in writing a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Tells me he stands behind his work AND he installed a good sump pump. I will hire him again if the occasion arrived. Arrive at the agreed upon time. Very professional and knowledgeable, you can tell he is very experienced. Answered my novice questions with respectful answers, providing me with the information I was seeking even if I did not ask the right question.

Don Felton and his crew did a great job installing 2 sumps and a drain system in our basement. They were professional, cleaned up the mess and did it for half the cost of the big name basement waterproofing companies. Don even power washed our deck as a "thank you" for doing business with him. That's practically unheard of these days!

They worked so hard having to dig the trenches by hand. I was so glad that Don could do the mold remediation too. My husband was down in the crawlspace afterwards and was very impressed with the job. Even though it was a messy job, they kept the floor/area covered, cleaned and swept afterwards. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. Appreciate all they did.

Don Felton and his team arrived on time each day, were respectful of my home, laid down cloths to protect my carpeting, treated me with respect, did an excellent job of waterproofing my basement and cleaned up after themselves. In addition, Don kept me apprised of the progress and cleaned my porch and brick wall better than it has ever been cleaned.

Don and his crew did a great job on my rental house. Two days after they finished we had major downpours. Not a single drop of water in the basement. After flooding all the time I have a dry basement!
