They responded quickly to our need for a new sump pump. The service was professional. He explained what needed to be done and gave us the cost which seemed very reasonable to us. He was also considerate and wore a mask while in our home which was appreciated. If needed, we would hire again.

Wonderful service and job well done! Don and his team were, professional, polite, and the work ethic and efficiency of the Sure Dry team are remarkable. We have a split level home with below ground rooms. When it rains really hard, there was ground water seepage downstairs. A sump pump with a battery backup was installed under the interior stairs with drainage added all around each room. Since buying my home, I have worked with many professionals and they all seem to let me down in one way or another. HOWEVER, this is one business who has not let me down! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. 2 different times (both were ultimately issues caused by myself, unknowingly) I have had to call for an issue with my basement. BOTH times he was able to help within a matter of hours. Again, going above and beyond what was expected! When you call and leave a message, you always get a call back in a reasonable amount of time, unlike other businesses Iâ ve worked with. I have zero complaints and am extremely impressed and happy with the work received!

If Don ever wants to stop busting concrete & digging for a living (but I hope he doesn't), he could go into business consulting on Customer Service. It's great that our basement stays dry for the first time since we moved in over 30 years ago, but what blew me away was how good he was at everything contractors aren't generally known for: *Responded immediately to request for quote. *Followed exactly when I asked him to (wanted to wait a couple of months to schedule). *Then when I was ready to start, called when he had an opening & started our project EARLY. *On site personally every day. *Started every day by telling me what they were going to do & asked if I had any questions. *Cleaned up site every day, then told me what they'd done, would do next day, & asked again if we had any questions. *His crew was very good & reflected his customer relations skills. Can't recommend him highly enough!
