Mr. Sullivan responded within an hour of me submitting my information to HomeAdvisor. He came the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem, which partially turned out to be prior work. He also checked out my air conditioner while he was here. His price was very reasonable.

They were quick to arrive, even earlier than anticipated. Richard quickly diagnosed the problem with needing a quick cleaning with a hose and a recharge. Price was exactly as quoted. Service and diagnostic charge $75 ($14 less than a competitor) plus $40 per pound of refrigerant. Easy peasy and now sitting in a nice, cool climate. Would definitely hire again.

The tech was clean, polite, capable and NOT creepy. A regular family working man who knows his business finishes promptly cleans up after himself. and he had good advise on future repairs. This is one of the best company I have ever hired. I will call him again to check my furnace in the fall. I would trust him with any climate control issues. He called me and was here in less than an hour.

They diagnosed the problem quickly but I only needed a simple recharge. I only placed a 4 star for pricing but I think the refrigerant is expensive for the contractors as well.
