Mr. Sullivan went above and beyond to repair my ancient steam boiler. He was proffesional, knowledgeable. It was -2 the night the furnace broke he was at my house at 7 in the morning. He drove all over the place looking for the correct parts to repair my system. I would definitely recommend Sullivan heating to anyone and will use his knowledge and expertise keeping my system at its peak performance . Thank you

My repairman went out of the way actually out of the city to make sure I got my heat back as quickly as possible. I'm diabetic and I have three small grandchildren staying with me when my heat went out in the middle of the evening. It was 45 degrees when we got up the next morning. Our repairman was there in no time.. the part wasn't in stock here and he had to drive out of town for it. I had to leave him alone in the house, he did his work and left.(he didn't know he was on camera most of the time) They'll be the ones I call from now on

Call the gas company before hand to see if you has a gas line block. I paid 650 dollars to have him rebuild my furnace only to find out it was the line that was clogged. Gas company fixed it in less than an hour for free. Live and let learn I guess. Good dude though.not really his fault.
