Joseph took his time to meticulously inspect a home I m looking to purchase. He caught many things I think other inspectors may have missed. He was honest about what services were worth my money or not. He took the time to address all my questions (and I had a lot!) and concerns. He also moved his schedule around to perform my inspection on pretty short notice. I wouldn t change a thing

Exceptional service along with a very thorough inspection. Gerald discussed and explained his findings during the inspection and the same was reflected in the report received the next day. I would certainly recommend them and use them again personally.

Very thorough inspection. Very fair price. Even if scheduled in a rush with less than 24 hours to be done, Joseph was punctual and performed a complete inspection that uncovered extensive roof damage and shoddy renovation work that the seller had failed to disclose. The sale was terminated immediately, and now the seller (who had put in the contract that they'd neither "re-negotiate nor offer concessions") is promising to redo the roof completely after getting a preview of his feedback. His fee is a bargain compared to the peace of mind you'll get from his services. Will continue to shop, and will continue to call him to do the inspections.
