We needed a home inspection last minute and Joseph was great in our home inspection process. This is our first home purchase and we wanted to be sure to do it the right way and helped us feel super comfortable in our purchase decision. He came with all of the right tools and even went the extra mile to inspect the places we didn't know we needed to look. He provided a thorough report, with photos and details of the home. And even provided us with some information on how to get a discount on our homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend.

Joseph was early and did an excellent job! He has the interest of the home buyer at heart and he made sure we knew about all that he found. He is thorough and dutiful and the inspection report is encompassing. Edit: At the final walkthrough, I discovered Joseph missed reporting about two damaged doors in the home. Sellers couldnâ t fix, so we have to deal with it now. Not happy about it, but overall, he did a good job.

Joseph is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable professional that will tell you about any problems or repairs that are needed in a property. He uncovered 2 MAJOR problems with the home I was trying to purchase. If I wouldn't have had Joseph conducting this inspection, I would have thought my concerns revolved around the cosmetic aspects of the home. Joseph uncovered the roof of the home was at the end of its lifetime even after the owner painted it to make it look new. He also uncovered a major problem with the water pipes of the home. Thanks to Joseph I now know what I am getting into if I choose to continue with the purchase of this home. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !
