Do this in a better weather .. I would have like him to see /inspect the crawl space., if not for the weather

LISTEN UP BOYS AND GIRLS... If this helps... Realtors for sellers hate him and buyers love him. I've been in and around construction the majority of my life (40+) and know the difference between a snow job and someone who knows what they are talking about. Joseph spent 4Hrs inspecting every nook and cranny in the house.... Pulling out every drawer in the cabinets. Every electrical outlet was checked. The water pressure was check, running the shower, sink and toilet flushed at the same time looking for a decrease in water pressure. AC air temperature coming out the registers verses the thermostat setting... ON and ON checking off and writing up problems from roof to slab. At the end of the day, he found 23 issues and 3 major problems that I addressed with the seller... One major, was finding dead termites and was able to negotiate getting the house tented and replacing all fascia boards around the house. The bottom line... He's worth every penny spent and yes I'd use him again !

Joseph was very personable, yet professional. He helped us in a last minute situation and produced deliverables in a timely manner. He was so respectful having removed his shoes before entering our home as well. We highly recommend.

I highly recommend Joseph of Statewide Florida Home Inspections, Inc. He was able to schedule me quickly and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process. I appreciated that he was so accessible, and I was able to contact, schedule and communicate with him online and by phone. The inspection was very thorough which is exactly what I needed for our 71-year-old home. I knew there would be couple issues in a home of this age and Joseph took the time to thoroughly explain each point of the inspection. With Josephs help I was able to figure out what was most important, what needed fixed right away and what could be placed on a To Do List for down the road. Overall, It was a great experience!

Absolutely unrivaled professionalism in South Florida. From the moment a HomeAdvisor search was initiated, Joseph was available, knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in the time requested. His detail oriented approach was spectacular and the report generated was extremely helpful. On top of that his explanations over the phone and in person were easy to understand and each issue no matter how small had a definitive plan. Wouldn't look beyond Joseph for your next home inspection.

I have never experienced such great communication between a company and customer. After I put in the quote request, I was called shortly after to set up an appointment and was sent text reminders throughout the whole process, including when documents were sent to me, when the inspector was on their way and their ETA, and when the report was finished. The report was extremely detailed and included labeled pictures with arrows pointing out deficiencies and safety hazards - and it was done the same day! He also included repair estimates for each item, which is useful. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and I would definitely hire this company again.
