Signature Services Floor Care & Cleaning

I did a lot of research to hire a company to clean and seal a 3200 square foot home. I contacted Mr. Holland several times. He always returned my calls, answered my questions, and explained the process. He sent Robbie out for the tile job. I just canâ t say enough positive things about Robbie. He is very polite and kind. He answered my questions and explained what he would be doing. I thought the price was very fair and I am trilled with with the final outcome. I highly recommend this company.

I hired another highly rated company through Angie's List on a Tuesday. They were supposed to be at my house the following Monday. Signature Services Floor Care & Cleaning then called me and gave me a higher quote. After talking over the method of cleaning they use, I called the other company back and asked how they were going to clean my tile floors. "Mop and Bucket" I proceeded to thank them and told them that wouldn't work--like I haven't done that myself. I told Richard I had all of my furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned because I had just painted them. That's when I realized how bad the floor was. I asked how soon he could be here because I didn't want to live with all of my furniture in my bedrooms and garage. He told me he could be here the next day! I purchased a foreclosure home and even after trying a ton of options, my floor was never as clean as I knew it should be. Richard told me they used a truck mounted steam cleaner after they pre-treat the floors. They also sealed my floors after I asked if they did that. Angel and Billy came to my house, were extremely polite and friendly, and had it done in half the time I thought it would take. I had a spot on my floor after having to replace 5 tiles from a plumbing issue that looked like they left the washed over grout on 4 of the 5 tiles. It looked horrible and I always hid it with my XL dog bed. Everything came out and those also look like brand new tiles like the rest of my floor. Richard called me about an hour after Angel and Billy left to make sure I was happy with the results. I would HIGHLY and ALWAYS recommend this company because of the customer service, prompt attention, friendliness, type of equipment they use, and price.
