Too expensive for job obtained. Very small cleaning service and I had to redo to get rid of residue.

Hello Barb, we greatly appreciate your business & are very sorry you feel the $199 you agreed to prior to our arrival for a service charge where commercial machines were used to clean is too much. We have found this to be an industry standard average. Also, when tiles are wet after a cleaning it's hard to see if any grout residue is left until completely dry. If we would of received a phone call letting us know, we would of gladly came back out at no charge to mop or rinse residue areas of concern. We wish you all the best!

These Gentlemen did a great job. Did forget to put back the area rug, but no big deal. They did what they said they would do. Although my daughter moved a lot ahead of time. I would hire them again, I just would not buy the insurance , unless they moved more items, like the china and the blown glass, that my daughter and I moved.

Robert Holland called me on a Thursday. On the next day, Friday, he and his cleaning tech, Minelli, did a fantastic job of cleaning and making minor repairs to my long neglected walk in shower. The repairs were more than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them.
