We received 3 estimates from Home Advisor to clean all flooring in our condo, 20 year old tile in kitchen and baths and 20 year old carpet elsewhere. Tile surrounds in baths also needed grout repair and cleaning. Robert explained what they could do and realistic expectations for old surfaces. He was very professional and we appreciated his candor. His price quote was also very fair and we decided to hire his company. Angel did an excellent job of bringing old carpet back to better than we expected. Devon was a magician with grout and repaired and cleaned our baths better than they have looked in years. Wish we had done this years ago. We would recommend this company to everyone, they went above and beyond expectations.

Can possibly oversell their service and not live up to their promise of results. Initial salesperson did not consider actual condition of tile floor and promise of result could not be achieved. Technicians worked hard to get maximum results and even touched up some baseboards where paint got scratched. Floors definitely looked better after cleaning. My only issue with this company is that initial salesperson gave an unrealistic promise for result which ended in some disappointment. Over all good techs that wanted to please the client but could not.

Great price! Robert gave us a great in home demonstration on all the different tile surfaces and spent a lot of time on the different options that were available to us. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again!
