Arrived 40 minutes late, but did call to advise me. Did not get 2 professional people for job - one pro and one teenager. Equipment in disrepair- hose sprung leak and wet my bar stools. Other piece of equipment failed. Job could not be completed. I paid for what they had done even though it was messy. Boss called apologetic and wanted to reschedule to complete work. I do not want them back! Unfortunate experience.

So sorry your personal experience was not the best. We strive for the best and all of our over 50 other reviews show that. We are sorry, the hose malfunctioned while there, things do happen sometimes. We apologized so many times and tried to make it right. One owner and a helper who has worked with us for years was on site. Because the job was not finished to actually be rated and I know we took every step to make right, our office even called while crew was there to apologize. We don't believe that justifies the rating that was given but do appreciate the opportunity and recognize sometimes situations are amplified past actual circumstances

Our tech was very professional, explained how he was going to clean the grout, tile and carpet. He showed me progress during the job. He was very pleasant and courteous. Job well done.
