Robbie was very reliable and diligent! Texted, called and showed up when he said he would! Hard to find that these days. Best to be there while they worked so that if you saw something you wanted done, he was right on it! . He restored my terrazzo floors to a level I was happy with. Both of the workers, Robbie and Billy, were a pleasure. They were eager to do the job â rightâ and wanted me to be pleased with their work. We had a combination of needs, wood floors, area carpets and full room carpets. They planned and organized the tasks for both effect cleaning and efficient use of time. We had a haze on our floor shortly after installation and have not been able to get the floor clean. Robby used 4 different cleaners on the floor and has not submitted to the haze, unfortunately even though we still have a haze it is significantly better. Most people would have given up after the first attempt. But we are working to rectify the problem. The level of communication was excellent. Robby was also very polite
