Sight and Sound not only installed a new antenna for us but made sure that all the televisions and radios were working properly. Of course the tv antenna is great but now we have radios that are working. Haven't had good radio for 20 years.

I had heard that John's antenna project went well so when I did receive this review, I called John immediately to see where we fell short? He said that we "over charged" for the antenna...... He said that he found it "cheaper elsewhere"... This is of course after he hired us to do the job and we came out and did it successfully.... I told John that yes, you will most likely be able to find it cheaper if you look long enough.... But then are you going to do the job yourself? There isn't a lot of money in these TV Antenna projects, if their was then you would have a bunch of companies doing it... But in reality, their is very few of us who do this line of work and will go up on steep or 2 story roofs. For the overall package of an TV Antenna and labor and parts, I think what we charge is very, very fair. In fact, a lot of people state they are happy to find someone to do this line of work and the pricing is great and they thought it would be more expensive. Just look at some of the other reviews that we have had through Home Advisor. I asked John if the tech was helpful and courteous, he said "yes". I asked John if the reception of the TV and picture quality was good, he said "yes". I think is is a unfair rating just for the fact he thought the TV Antenna could be purchased at a lower price.

Appreciated the quick response for my project. Explanation of what would be done was clear and concise. Installation of antenna and removal of dish was was completed without an issue. Service for getting all 3 TV's on the correct input was time consuming but well done.

They were professional and quick to respond. I wasn't expecting it to cost this much, but then, my last install was done by a friend and fell apart. So, I guess you get what you pay for. He stayed and made sure everything was working properly.

Our conversion from cable to streaming/local station access with antennae install was not going well as a diy project. Sight and Sound recommended various on-sight options; let us try less expensive option 1st that worked well for our 3 story, 5 tv local station access, all while using our existing cable wiring. Relieved this project is complete and eliminating cable bill $$.
