Leroy Damrow did our work and saved us money. Stated he didn't think we needed a new antenna as the old one was working great. He hooked up our 5 TV to our old roof antenna & my reception is great! I'm 78 & on a limited income. We cut the cable but keep the internet & purchased my own modem, saved approx. $140 on my TW account. TW was so helpful with understanding my limited income & helped setup my internet needs & lowered my monthly fee. Leroy saved us over over $150. Thanks Leroy!

The customer service was excellent. Both Allen, who scheduled the work, and Leroy, our installer were helpful, friendly, and professional. When the initial antenna didn't work as planned they were prompt in suggesting another option and getting it installed. Our TV reception is as good or better than it's ever been and reliable. Not too many companies work with TV antennas anymore. My only issue would be about the cost. Labor was fairly expensive, and I found the same antenna online for about 60% of the price I was charged. Having said that, I guess what I paid for was their knowledge and time, and I didn't have to climb up on the roof and do it myself, and in the end I got exactly what I wanted. Overall, I'm pleased with the decision.

I spoke with the business owner/manager, Allan, twice before scheduling our outdoor HDTV antenna installation. Out of three different companies/individuals I talked to about the project, Sight and Sound Solutions was the only one who wanted to give an actual estimate and not ask for a blank check like the other two, with a hundred dollar range. The installer, Leroy arrived at the mid point of the one hour time window offered. He was professional and helpful. He finished our installation and took down our Dish satellite for us as we are "cutting the cords and cables" to pay TV services. The work was finished in les than two hours. Just one issue exists and that is that one set of channels is not being received. Taking partial responsibility as we should not have let him leave before they came in. After speaking again with the owner, Allan, it appears Leroy will be back out to adjust the antenna some more so we can pull in Milwaukee's channel 49 and their side stations. Could very well raise the rating when that happens, if successful.

Al worked with me to the resolve the issues I was having with my antenna. As an urban location a multi-directional antenna had to be installed after the point and capture antenna was installed and failed to get quality reception. The cost turned out to be a bit on the high end. At the same time, I will recoup my investment ($250) in about 6 months time by "cutting the chord" to DirecTV. Customer service really paid off here; otherwise this review would have gone the other direction. Thanks!

Amazed at getting a call back within an hour, repair men here a couple hours later, work done quickly and a call back later to make sure we had satisfactory service.

Allan was very patient with all my questions, before we scheduled for the install. Very quick & professional; great success with tv signals!

I got the job that I needed completed earlier then expected. I was happy about that, plus no more cable bill and My hdtv never looked so great.
