They were fast, and did a good job. LAbor was maybe a bit high for something that took about 15 minutes, but the end result was very good.
Very good
Very Helpful, Lots of Interaction on finding the correct spot to install
They did a good job and did what I needed them to do. There were some minor things that aren’t worth complaining about. I would recommend them.
Did a great job a little pricey.
Very good company.
Sight and Sound installed an antenna for us. All our televisions work and one less bill to pay!
I feel I was taken advantage of and it cost me 850$ for a job that should have been no more than 400$.I mistakenly thought that home advisor was an aid to the consumer but now I feel it worked in favor of the contractors.I will avoid Home Advisor in the future.Thank you for asking for my opinion. ----Marv Harrison, -Jefferson,Wi.
It's unfortunate to hear these comments when Marvin knew "exactly" what we we were going to do for him on this project and he knew exactly the cost as well. So, here is our side AND the real story. The tech went out there to do a site survey as Marvin told us he had 2 antennas (one pointing towards Madison and one towards Milwaukee...) on a 60 foot TV tower by his house. He said he was having issues with the PBS stations since they changed their transmission format in January. The tech told him what it was going to be (he was quoted $850 for removing the 2 old antennas off of the TV tower and putting up a Channel Master antenna that would get both markets..) So, before he started the process - Marvin knew what the cost was going to be. If he didn't like it, he should have never hired us. So, the removal of the old antennas and putting up the new one was a 2 man process to safely spot one guy on the tower to remove the antenna and gently guide it down to the ground. Only one tech went out that Wednesday AM, but we scheduled it to come back in 2 days on Friday. AND, in the meantime, Marvin really wanted his PBS stations back so the tech put up the new antenna on his house so he would have his TV for him and his wife. Leroy and another tech came back on Friday, they removed the antenna from the house, took down the 2 old antennas, and put the new one up. It took about 5 hours, so a total of 10 labor hours. So, with a new antenna that got both Milwaukee & Madison local channels and a little over 12 man hours, the price is just in line with other companies. Usually people tell us that they thought it was going to be more. Our pricing is always fair to the customers, and their is not a lot of money in these TV antenna projects, otherwise everybody would be doing them but in reality their is only a couple of us around that do them anymore. I woudl invite you to read some of the other reviews to see the success we have had. It seems Marvin is "like a Monday morning quarterback" - it is easy to say after the fact.............
