He did not know a dam thing about antennas. I paid him $100.00 and sent him away. I have to get some one else to do the job. Pay my money back.

Well, we know a lot about TV Antennas - Alvin had a CB antenna he needed assistance with. We did everything we could to help him as much as he allowed us to help. Let me further explain. When Alvin and I (AL-owner of Sight & Sound Solutions) first talked about his CB Antenna project - I told him up front that we are not experts in CB Antennas but if you have all of the equipment and parts and instructions necessary to build it, put it up, and tune it, we most likely could get it done for him. We scheduled an appointment for him and came out and built it - it was a 60 foot CB Antenna. Leroy & Alvin could have used some extra hands to help hoist it up - Alvin didn't want to call any friends or neighbors over And Leroy offered to go up on his roof to get it mounted BUT Alvin would not allow him to go on his roof. It is pretty hard to get a job done like this without allowing us to go up on the roof. And Leroy has gone up on all types of roofs - just read some of the other fine reviews nice people wrote. So, needless to say, after 4 hours of working on this - and I told Alvin up front this project was being billed hourly. He ONLY paid a third of his bill - so the bill was $300 - he ONLY paid $100. We did ALL we could to help him - and he didn't want us to finish it so that is on him. He was told up front we are NOT CB experts, So, he got a deal for 3 hours of labor and built his CB Antenna for $100 - I think this is an unfair review for what we did, and tried to do for him. I guess we will stick to TV Antennas as we are the experts on those - just check out the reviews people wrote for us. AL

It is very difficult to find someone to repair antennas. Even though my antenna was 6 years old, I was told I needed a new one because of water damage. I didn't know they were that fragile. I have no way to know if there was water in the connecting cord or inside the small piece of plastic welded into the connection at the lower middle part of the antenna. $427.00 later, I could get all the non-cable channels clearly. I guess I would have shown the customer the water damage.

A positive experience all around. The antenna did not need to be replaced, and the job tuirned out to be troubleshoot and make repairs to existing installation. Technician worked to diagnose components that needed replacement, and did not try to sell me an antenna I did not need. I can recommend these guys without reservation.

wasn't sure their one antenna approach would work but it did - now get around 80 over-the-air channels. Chicago stations come in as well as Milwaukee ones.

Came at the time agreed. Did the work in the their anticipated time frame too. With creativity they found a way to wire all the TVs I wanted hooked up. Considering the estimate was made without seeing my home I think the charge wasn't too unreasonable.
