The installer was very good and did a neat job.

Needed excess cables removed from the exterior of my home. They were quick and efficient.

The work was promptly done and cost the estimated price. The antenna is nicely compact on a roof tripod. Good strong signal without an amplifier running into a four tuner OTA DVR. It's nice to have decent FREE TV out in Hartland. Bye, bye cable!

I hired them to install a roof top antenna. There was no way I was going to be able to do the job competently. Leroy did an excellent job. I'm able to get all the channels from Milwaukee and Chicago that I want. And the cost was well worth being able to dump the cable bill once and for all.

When obtaining an estimate, I strongly recommend you ask about the type mount that they will use. When I obtained my estimate, Allan told me the type of antenna but mentioned nothing about the large (3 foot) tripod it would be mounted on (and it was no where in the written estimate either). When it was installed, it was a complete eyesore. Even my neighbors complained and told me it looked like the Eiffel tower on my roof. I felt it really cheapened the appearance of my house. I mentioned this to the service man as he was installing it and he told me there was no other option. Had I known this (had it been included in the estimate), I would not have gone with this company. To Allan's credit, I explained how dissatisfied I was with the final result and he worked out a solution to have the problem corrected which I really appreciated. They came back to my house and installed it on a smaller mount toward the back of my house and now it not only works well but looks great. Not sure why I wasn't given this option of a smaller mount initially. I would have given 5 stars if he hadn't charged me for the correction (we worked out a discount) because I truly felt it was an error of omission on the original estimate; nonetheless, I am happy that he was willing to work with me at all and provide a service recovery. All things considered, I would definitely go with them again and recommend them to others, but ensure that I knew exactly what mount was going to be used up front.
