I think this company is to expensive for what you get. My technician was here less than an hour both times I had them come out and it is $100.00 for labor each time. I had them add some additional height to my antenna and he wanted to charge me $75.00 for a 6ft piece of pipe. He called me back and deducted $50.00 because I was not happy with the former service call. I will not call them again.

I talked to Shirley ahead of time and quoted her what it was going to be to add a much taller mast. She agreed to it and billing is based upon the time it takes to complete the project and the min. is one hour. I believe most service companies do that. We took down a 6 ft. pole and put up a 12 ft. pole for her TV Antenna system. She was getting better reception and was pleased with the result. With imports from China and the costs of metal going up, they are not cheap. I gave her a $50 discount after I spoke with her - I thought that was extremely fair. She didn't have to go with us - she could have shopped around.

Our new antennae was installed as ordered. We had some problems as we are in a "dead area " going through our city. An employee came out on his day off to tweak and replaced all. Not necessarily needed we thought. The Company refunded us half for the overcharge. All in all good work was done and we are watching TV off the antenna. MP

Leroy the Technician was very good .. knowledgeable .. helpful. My only complaint is that I was charged more than what I was quoted. Was told AFTER THE INSTALL that I needed an amp to boost the antenna's power. This was an additional $100+. I feel I should have been told about this ahead of time.

Leroy did a great job. I called on a Tuesday, and they installed the next day. Had to scramble to get a DVR in time. Turned out to be a bit more expensive than original quote due to additional wiring required. Worth it to dump the cable TV. Reception is excellent with 57 channels here in the Falls.

Costed $125 more than the quote. Job is incomplete, and I am still waiting for someone to come back and finish up. 15 min after I posted this the tech arrived and finished. I am happy with the job and I understand the reasons why it cost more than expected. I would recommend this business to others.
