The owner is very quick to respond to text, phone and email. Immediately addressed any issues and corrected them quickly. Easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate my household needs. The movers that he contracts are A1! The owner and all the workers were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Welcome in my home. Trustworthy. They bag and place their waste material neatly outside but do not remove it from the property unless specifically requested.

Scott was a no nonsense, straight shooter who delivered what he promised, on time and on budget. Had him refinish 6 rooms, stairs, hallway and repair some damaged areas. Waiting for Scott to finish some minor touch ups before final settlement. Would hire again.

I hired Scott back in October and they started on 11/20/17 and they did a terrible job, I am 81 years old and my whole house was covered with dust everywhere, I pd. $7500 in cash money for this, nails are sticking out on the molding, the stairs are very rough, there are gaps in the flooring, there is molding missing all over, I cannot use a dust mop on the floors because it catches, if you run your hand across on the floor you can actually cut your hand, Scott has missed many appointments with us to come out and finish the floors, I just want my job complete to my specifications like he said he would do.

We had new hardwood installed in 3 rooms and had the existing hardwood refinished. Scott and Alex were very professional, knowledgable and customer friendly. They were very willing to address any and all concerns that we had during the project. Results look beautiful.. Would highly recommend

Do not expect to have a very thick polyurethane finish upon completion. It does bring out the natural character of the floor.
