The floors are beautiful and shiny! Scott Maley takes care of his customers and make sure that all questions and issues are resolved. He is reliable and has great follow-up. I wish he could do magic and get rid of nail hole stains in wood floors (from previous carpet installation). They left a clean house with no visible signs of dust or mess and took all of their trash with them. They also helped me moving a few items into the house and smiled all the way.

Scott was very responsive & courteous. He & his team were very friendly & professional. We had a very challenging schedule and his flexibility in fitting us in between projects was so much appreciated! We had a significant amount of floors that needed to be done. The work was completed on time and the floors look fantastic. I would highly recommend Scott to my family & friends. You can't go wrong working with him!

Good follow up after missing a section. The overall refinish process was extremely dusty. The worst I have ever seen. If the condo was not empty and being cleaned after they finished I would have been extremely aggravated. Since we were cleaning later it was an inconvenience. When they came back, they did vacuum up a lot of the dust so things were better.
