Write a ReviewThey did a fine job
My floors are beautiful, real wood not engineered flooring. Scott has a good eye for design. We had many postponements, mostly my fault but not all. One major communication problem but got it settled. One repair to be done but Scott was right on it. The big problem with beautiful new floors is that everything else looks like it needs to be replaced, at least in my house.
My floors look fantastic!!! Scott and his crew refinished and stained the floors on my 1955 ranch "fixer upper." The floors had been covered with wall to wall carpeting and had numerous gouges and holes from carpet installation along with water damage around the windows. He was prompt in returning my calls and easy to work with. His price was the best around. I would highly recommend Scott!
Great price and floors came out terrific! Scott and his crew refinished and stained ~1200 sq ft of hardwoods. They also installed new hardwoods in the hallway. No complaints about the final quality of the floors.
Great job for the price. Tom came and did a nice job on very old and messy floors. Scott was good to work with but does most of his communication by text, not by a phone call. I had an issue with one floor, they came right out and fixed it. Overall, nice job and I will use them again
Job completed almost a month after original scheduled date which was scheduled 6 weeks prior. Unacceptable! Left large piles of polyurethane that seeped through my floors into my basement which hardened and they would not clean. Polyurethane dried on some personal items in my basement which could not be salvaged. Contractor did not state poly may seep through floors otherwise I would not have put personal items in my basement. Did not bring enough materials to do the job which extended the completion date. Contractor had to re schedule date to come and do the job while I was out of town. Contractor said it would just be him doing the work as I did not feel comfortable with strangers in my house without me. Imagine my surprise when I had to come back early from my vacation to make sure the work was being done and found 2 strangers (that work for contractor) in my house. Contractor was not even present despite saying he would be the only one in my house. I would give a 0 for customer service but Home Advisor won't let me. Save your money and go with another contractor.
I had no idea did this customer was not happy I try reaching out to him several times with no response it's hard to fix anything or do anything when nobody let you know about it or even give you chance to correct it
Best bid, and tom did a great job. Would hire again.
Scott came out with a very good estimate for the services that were going to be provided on a floor in the upper level of our home. He worked with me on materials I wanted to use in order to match up to some of the flooring I had done in the summer by myself. Our job was being done with another home that was in close proximity to ours. This allowed the workers to go between jobs. Re-coat timing worked out well. I was quite surprised at the lack of dust. I would recommend Scott for his work. I'm actually going to have him come back in the summer and do some floors in the lower level of our house.
Good efficient service!
