Superior Flooring

I would not even give this company .5 rating if the website would allow a zero. The worst job I have ever seen in my life. The owner was rude, threatened my reputation if I wrote a bad review but I feel I would be doing others a disservice if they do not know the truth. I have gaps between the new boards that measure over 1/4 inch, places that were not sanded down and my 9 year old granddaughter was smart enough to notice but the finisher did not, pools of dried varnish, stain was left on my woodwork, walls doors. I had to repaint several places though out the house due to sloppy work. Every time I saw an issue, while the work was being done, I would take a picture and send it to them questioning what was wrong, and was assured that it would be taken care of. In the end, I was given a very small discount for the shoddy work but in truth, I should have taken them to small claims court. Every time I walk across my floor, I shake my head and wonder how this company is still in business. Check them out on BBB!!! I do not see where I can submit pictures, but if I can, I will.

I hired this company to refinish hardwood floors in my home. The gentleman that came( Bosh) was very professional and his price was great. He finished the floors on time. The floors were very old and Bosh brought them back to life. I would highly recommend Bosh!

We have hardwood floors that are nearly 100 years old and, now, look amazing. While there were a few scheduling hiccups, I had told Scott that I was traveling and had some flexibility. The end result was spectacular. I would recommend Superior Reflections to anyone.

Scott,s work was not well done, burn marks in the floor from sanding, cable holes not filled as requested, and the poly coat was very thin and uneven. Scott did call me after I complained to HomeAdvisor and is coming back to correct his work, lets see.

Alex and Adam were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the floor s - they look beautiful. Scott was very responsive for the quote. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on customer service is because he had to reschedule the job twice...luckily I had flexibility in my schedule to accommodate the change. I would still definitely use them again.

They ripped me off terribly, they promised to return to replace broken hazardous stairs they installed and never returned but kept stringing me along for months on end. The Oak flooring was the worst looking wood I'd ever seen it looked like Pine with knots and gauges they filled with wood putty very obvious it took over a month to install because they never had enough wood in hopes of making it easier to complete the job I rented a hotel room for one week when I returned it wasn't done and I'm left with a dry floor in need of a second coat of polyurethane which snags a rag from not being buffed properly not to mention the food and debris that was sealed under the first coat and crazy as it sounds they forgot to address the wood under the stove and refrigerator obviously stands out like a sore thumb I could continue pointing out the poor workmanship but there are many other issues in the mix. Holding back money than the 2 poor (literally)installers went without a paycheck. Those in their employ stated this is always the way "the owner" does business and they can't believe he's still in business. Robbing P. to pay Paul. I only hope this review saves some innocent soul from experiencing the complete Financial and Emotional devastation that I've gone through and continue to go through until it's corrected.

Scott did a great job on my floors. I have used him on 3 houses now.

The quality of the work was good and they did clean up afterwards. There were communications issues regarding my expectations that pet stains would be removed - for which I take equal responsibility. Overall the completed job was well worth the money I paid.
