Chris was great! He called me immediately and was able to come out the very next day. I sent him pictures of our existing tank and he was able to confirm the tank size and all other details that way. His work was thorough and he was clearly very knowledgeable about his job. He worked quickly and gave my husband some great conversation. We will definitely use them again.

I hired them to install a faucet and they did great. Then I hired them to do 2 other jobs: tighten the shower valve and fix a leak. On the day of the job, they didn't show up on time, so I texted Chris. He said he was on an emergency. I asked if he had an ETA. He never answered. That was 3 weeks ago. I STILL haven't heard from them.
