I was in a lurch this morning after my plumber told me the only water heater he had that would fit my space would require cutting through an existing wall. I got Home Advisor and was instantly connected to Melissa. I sent her some images and we talked through the requirements and she was able to quote me a price on a heater that would fit my existing space. Chris showed up a couple of hours later and completed the install. Everything went smoothly and by the mid-afternoon I had hot water and saved nearly $600 from the original estimate. I highly recommend this business.

Chris was efficient, fast and friendly. The price was much lower than other bids. When I called him for another problem, he came immediately. I definitely recommend him and would give him 10 stars if possible. If I have any other problems, I will call him.

Melissa available for scheduling after hours. Provided 1hr svc window vs 4hr. Chris very knowledgeable. Recommended system that 'saved' me money vs upsell me the more expensive water heater. Works great. Highly recommend.

Other service companies we contacted advised the water heater had parts that could not be replaced and recommended a new unit. Robbie's took the initiative to contact the manufacture and establish how to restart the gas water heater. The water heater has been working fine ever since.

Didn't give 5 stars because they failed to inspect the water heater upon delivery and ended up having to delay the install to get one without shipping damages. Upon install, they had to remove one side of the water heater closet jam/molding to fit the water heater inside, but couldn't replace it and didn't offer to discount anything for the inconvenience (had to hire someone else at $125 to replace the trim!). Other than that, I think my tenants are happy with the new heater (no reported concerns in the 3 days since install).
