Chris from Robbie's plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater and removing the water softener. He showed up on time, was very professional, took extra time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain all options. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing service.

Chris was great came and gave us a free estimate then I received a call from the office and was told they didn't work on my particular water heater. Later that day they called and said they spoke to the manufacturer and would be able to do it. Chris came took the old out went and pick up a new one (under warranty) and installed. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an incredible experience with Robbie's Plumbing. My water heater broke and they were at my place on the same day. A great price and quick service, I would highly recommend.

Only giving him 3 stars because he started out great, came when we scheduled appointments for estimate and then the installation of the new tankless water heater but then when I called because I smelled gas and the shower he was paid to fix didn't work, it's been difficult to get him to come back to finish the job! He came out and eventually fixed the gas leak but hasn't returned to fix the shower valve even after I ordered the part he told me I needed!! It's been 3 weeks!! So now I'm out $130 and I'm sure I will have to hire someone else to fix the shower, which is only going to cost me more money! Lesson learned-don't pay someone before the job is done!

I called stating my tenants (family of 6) could not keep the pilot light lite on the gas water heater. They came & checked it out & found out the water heater has died. They came with a new water heater the next day. They were great to work with & my tenants were happy since the husband works days & the wife works nights. The lady in the office was very helpful & friendly.
