Excellent communication, quick service response, very knowledgeable and experienced; which are two characteristics rare in the local Spring Hill area plumbers. The local plumbers I have used in the past are inexperienced relatives/sons of the original owners and can't seem to do a job without getting on the phone and calling Daddy for directions on how to do the job right. prices are VERY reasonable-BEYOND the word 'competitive'. I'm so VERY PLEASED that I [stumbled across both 'HomeAdvisor' and the website recommendation for 'Robbie's Plumbing'.

Unfortunately, I am not in the area where the work was to be done, and I had a hard time communicating with him. I left at least 2 voice messages and 2 e-mails without a reply. I finally had to contact the person at whose house the work was done to find out that everything was completed. I still don't know what was done, because the plumber never told me.

This guy was Awesome. My Moms hot water heater went out (She is a older lady) and I was working out of town, so I couldn't make it over there to look at it.He was there within a hr of our call. It was a simple fix. a switch was off, He said he did not have the heart to charge us for a service call over a switch.We will definitely be using this company for now on for all our plumbing needs.

This guy was great. I sent an e-mail in the early a.m. and he called within five minutes. He was on time and had supplies needed. He was fast and clean. I would recommend this company and would hire again with no hesitation.

Priced a little too high for just removing and installing a new Insinkerator-$285- but he did a good job and came when promised.
