"Can't say enough about Lipton. We needed replacement of patio doors at our condo. Not residing in Florida, we don't have a lot of experience with contractors in the area. Found Lipton through a referral from a neighbor. We received outstanding service, communication and coordination with their office staff. Extremely professional and genuinely caring folks who understood our need to have the work done on a specific day to coincide with our travel plans. No problem. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and tolerant of our many questions. The doors were installed in a half day, with the municipality inspection immediately following (coordinated by Lipton); and we were off to the airport with time to spare. "rom the start of the project, Crystian and Richard accommodated our plans and needs for the screen room project. The job went without delay and the screened front porch is an asset to to the house! Rainer and his partner, installers, worked without stopping to complete the project. They even came back twice to adjust to our needs. Definitely consider this company for your project! Part 2! I took my own recommendation! We called Top Tier back to install another screen room, on the back patio! Beautiful job, once again! Thank you again, Richard! Kudos to Ranier the installer! He and his assistant worked until after 7 PM to ensure that all was installed properly to my complete satisfaction."

"Excellent job! Replaced my whole roof and installed new gutters, the ones I won't have to get up on a ladder to Clean!! All in ONE DAY!! The crew was polite, friendly, Very hard working! They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. It was supposed to be 2 days, but they finished it in One, Very Long day. I Highly recommend them? Very pleased with my new Beautiful roof!❤ Thank you!!!"

"Jason Brown was the sales person who came to our house. He took time to understand what our NEEDS and our WANTS were. After fully understanding them, even though I could not find anything that matched everything, he found the exact door: Impact, half circle at the top with our house number etched (or painted, we went with etched) into in, that would accept our current home security system locking mechanism, that could handle direct sun from 10am-sundown in Florida, that was pre-painted white to match the trim of the house, and had a lever for the door handle (due to some disabilities). He found the perfect door and it is AWESOME! Not only that, he took into account my military service and disabilities in selecting the door and added some discounts that I didn't even ask for. He made the sales experience enjoyable!!!! I look forward to working with him and Morgan Exteriors on the window replacement when that project comes up on the list!!!"

"I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."
