They were prompt as promised and did a great job. Same day service is usually unheard of but they promised today and it was today. Price was reasonable and no tack on charges - just the unit and labor. Would definitely hire them again.

I thought they were fair with their pricing. The receptionist who I spoke with was very helpful. She helped me isolate some problems I was having and diagnosed the issue over the phone. When Robbie showed up. “On Time”. Which I really appreciated. I am busy and I have no time for an 8-3pm window. He showed up when he was scheduled to. He worked extremely fast. He explained almost everything I asked him. He was very personable. Which is important to me. I feel, I can be a plumber now after just being around Robbie. He was that insightful. I also appreciate the fact that he took my old water heater away. Much appreciated. So yeah. If you need plumbing service. Hit Robbie Up. Turns out the bad smelling water was not from the hot water tank at all (they replaced the interior rod but left the old rod in the tank, it didnt fix the smell). It was apparently from the water conditioner which the second time they came out they shut the water conditioner off. After a few days I turned it on and no more smell. All in all they were acceptable and willing to work it out.
