Met with Nelly to get quotes on siding for home. After an afternoon, we decided to replace all existing siding, windows, soffits and gutters. We had just put on a new roof, so it wasnâ t included. The crews were amazing! Very professional in appearance and attitude. These fine individuals were directed by project managers, one for each step of the project. This not only translates into a better experience, but it also means each crew specialized in their work. Windows, then siding, soffits and gutters ended the work. I canâ t thank them enough for the experience! The house looks amazing! The colors and finishes are exactly what we picked out, we were in direct contact with management for any questions, and never once did we regret our decision. I hired them initially due to the good reviews I had seen on Google - which is why I feel it is important for me to share my actual experience with this company. I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with the services provided by Ridge Top Exteriors. My decision to hire them to replace my roof has proven to be an expensive and utterly regrettable mistake. Not only did they fail to address the initial leak over my garage, but their incompetence has led to a series of costly and aggravating consequences. When I initially contacted Ridge Top Exteriors due to a leak over my garage, I trusted their professional assessment that my entire roof needed replacing instead of a simple repair. Reluctantly, I paid a $18,000 for a new roof. However, my dissatisfaction began to mount shortly thereafter. The leak over my garage, the very issue that prompted the roof replacement, still persists. To add insult to injury, the leak caused significant water damage to my tankless hot water heater, rendering it completely useless. This is not a mere assertion; I possess documented evidence from a hot water heater technician confirming the damage was a direct result of the roof leak: The tankless water heater has water spots on top, and the roof has visible water damage and appears to have leaked onto the water heater, causing it to burn out. But the problems did not stop there. I have now had to replace two flat tires on my vehicle, both punctured by roofing nails scattered throughout my driveway. To make matters worse, my mother suffered an injury when a roofing nail went through her shoe and punctured her foot, requiring a costly visit to urgent care. The medical professional who attended to her and the mechanic who replaced my tires both confirmed that the nails were indeed roofing nails. When I attempted to address these issues with Ridge Top Exteriors and requested to speak with a manager, I was met with indifference and a shocking lack of accountability. Their response was dismissive and disheartening. I was told that they are not perfect and that it is impossible to clean up the thousands of nails that can be left after a roof replacement. Moreover, their warranty, which supposedly only covers the job they did, failed to provide any relief for the myriad problems their subpar workmanship had caused. In summary, my experience with Ridge Top Exteriors has been a financial nightmare. I am now out $18,000 for a roof that still leaks, an additional $680 for tire replacements, $3,000 for a new hot water heater, and $450 for an urgent care visit. Their refusal to take responsibility for the consequences of their work and their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction are appalling. I implore you to avoid Ridge Top Exteriors at all costs, as they have demonstrated through their own admission that they are not perfect and consider it acceptable to leave a trail of nails and unresolved issues in their wake.

RidgeTop was the 3rd window company I had called to have estimates. The company was very upfront. I chose RidgeTop as their financing option was very low. One of the others had no financing and the other kept wanting to reschedule. So I decided to schedule to have RidgeTop come over. Everything was explained thoroughly to me by the outside sales rep Nicole. She showed me the type window I was looking for She did not hide anything.or sugar coat anything . She qualified me with a terrific finance plan. The installers were top notch. Everyone from this company was very helpful. They sent someone right out the same day as the install knowing that screens had to be repaired. Highly recommend RidgeTop for your window needs. à °à  à  à Â

Very satisfied with the money value and most of the quality of work for 5 squares of Hardy Board Siding. Throughout the project, communication was good with all of the Ridge Top personnel. The project took longer (8 months) due to permit changes, delayed engineer report, changes in project managers times 3, and problems with wrong type and color of chalking, which got corrected. Even with these problems, I am satisfied with Ridge Top Exteriors and the outcome of the project.

The sales rep, Chris, was very good, and his 'products to be used' and stated time frames were very accurate. The roofing crew were very efficient, in fact, I marveled at their coordination and speed...and, at the end of the one day job, I was given a 'walking' tour of the job, by the overall roofing company coordinator, by way of photos of the work 'in progress', as well as a 'walk-around' inspection of the grounds around the house. NOW, the downside... I DO recommend Ridgeline Exteriors to others...despite the fact that they were 'sloppy' in certain ways... When it came time for the reroof, NO ONE CALLED AHEAD, The crew simply showed up. THAT disturbed me. Also, I had to pursue, and get corrected, the final price of the job in the contract. THAT seemed sloppy and unprofessional, for a larger and well established area company. However, when I pointed this out to the company, they did immediately correct the issue. Overall, it appears that the claims of product and services were accurate. I would deem Ridgeline Exteriors an honest company. Overall, a 4.3 out of 5.

Do not use this company. I am surprised that they have so many good reviews. I chose them because I saw all of the good reviews. They: 1) used 3 different contract teams for about a weeks worth of work. 2) They charged us more than double the original quote. 3) Their contractors complained about what they got paid. 4) I had to constantly call the main office to ask where their teams were. (The job stretched out over 2.5 weeks for 1 week of work). 5) We had to fight with them over several days about finishing the last wood repairs because they initially said that they were *done* 6) They asked us when the job first started if we were ok with them using a different kind of wood (which made me have to search google for hours trying to make sure that they were using the correct type). 7) Their sales person rarely got back with us after he had a signed quote. Even the production manager could not get a hold of him and asked me to ping him also for him. Horrible, horrible experience. I have used about 8 different contractors during the last 5 months, and they are BY FAR the worst. Do not use this company!

Their customer service sucks. I have had to have them come out and repair my roof three times since January and prior to that I had to have them come out when they first did the roof three times before it passed inspection which in reality it did not really pass inspection. I talked to seven different people it is always do that one does not work here no more that one does not work here no more. The owners need to take a look at their staff. And I am sure they will once I stop paying the bill do not use them go anywhere else do not use this group
