He was quick to respond to my request, to stop by review my trees, and call me with a recommendation. I didn't have him do any work yet, which is the only reason I haven't given him a 5 - his response time was great!

I was extremely disappointed with Rex Environmental Pest Control. I hired them to remove a birds nest from a bathroom vent which they assured me they could take care of. While I was under the impression the problem had been taken care of the next day the vent screen was off and the birds were back. My bathroom continued to smell like straw and we could see nesting material so clearly the problem was never taken care of. I contacted the company to let them know I was not satisified with the "work" I had paid for and have yet to receive a return phone call. They were also 2 hours late showing up to my home. Never again!

We were very happy with the job Keith and his crew did. Keith showed up and gave us an estimate and when the work was done he was very close to that estimate. The work they did and the clean up was very good. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend them to anyone. VERY HAPPY !!!!!

Mr. Rex Returned my call within a couple of hours of me completing the service magic on line service. He also showed up on time and explained what the best type of service that would suit my needs. As for now I am pretty sure I am rodent free. Thank you Service Magic and Rex Enviromental
