Took this long to respond, to see if the yellow jackets would return. Mr. Rex returned 3-4 times to treat the area, at no additional cost. He explained the process and I appreciate his information and perseverance. .Definitely, a job well done. -Thank You

Private company. They don't try to sell you a contract. My bait traps were touched before my neighbors who used another higher priced contractor. Very quick response to my call.

I can not answer properly, because, The bees are gone, but in cool weather they are always gone. I though he was good, price, response, and he appeared to be knowledgeable. How ever I thought there would be the steel wool and the spraying would cover the complete area, that bees where in. But perhaps it was enough. I have carpenter bees surrounding my garage and looked to home advisor for some help. I was called right away from REX pest control and setup an appointment for that Sunday at 11am. He arrived on time and took one look and told me he could spray. There was no explanation given on the expectations of the spraying. After he was done he told me that even through i could still see them all around i needed to give the spray time to work. He charged me $75 to spray for about 5 to 10 minutes and then left. Its been a week now and this did not solve my problem as i still have swarms of bees.

Keith Rex will give you straight answers and is not afraid to tell customers when doing nothing (rather than paying for treatments) is the best option.
