The guys at Ortiz came and did the entire job in one day, cleaned everything up, and updated us on their process throughout the day. A few days later a big storm rolled through and our roof started leaking. I called Jorge and he was at our house within 20 mins! They stayed until it was dark trying to find the source of the leak. They ended up coming back a few days later and replacing a portion of the shingles, underlayer, and fixed the source of the problem the connection to our neighbors house, at no extra charge!!!"
