The problem was powder post beetle and was treated quickly and effectively. Mr. Rex was very knowledgeable and friendly. His actual fee for services rendered was below the estimate he gave me and he said he'll back up his work if the problem is not fully resolved. I would recommend Rex Environmental for pest control needs.

The rep was at my home the next day. He explained what the problem was and what the solution was. He applied the bait, and now it is watch and wait. He advised that I should fill in the ruts left by the voles and if the problem continued I should call him and he would re-apply the bait. Nice gentleman, very knowledgeable and I felt much better. He expects problem should be resolved and I should call me in a year to let him know if everything is still doing OK
