Had them bk for the second visit on Aug 22nd . Went down my basement for the first time since then and i had fleas all over me especially in the laundry room. So far im disappointed with the service. I have my son and his family comiing up from Maryland thurs evening Sept 1st and they havent had power for 5 days now and need to do laundry . I cant have them going down in the basement with the fleas being extremely bad. I either need them to keep coming bk until its conquered or i want my money bk.

Customer was treated using the proper insecticide and Precor-IGR. The first treatment there was much debris and clutter on the floor. She was also instructed to have her cats treated immediately prior to or after the treatment. Animal treatment was not done. We were called two days later for a retreat and at this time with her assistance removed clutter and treated those areas. Debris was however still present in basement along with dangling overhead insulation which made treatment more difficult. At the second treatment my employee was talking with a neighbor in the row home complex and informed that all of the homes in that row had a flea p

The grass is looking better than it has in years. The weeds are dying! We have a few months to go before the treatments are finished for the season, but so far, my lawn's appearance has greatly improved.

Professional in every way. Made contact within 30 minutes of notification, made an appointment to come to the house, discuss our needs and provide an estimate. The first part of the scheduled two-tiered project for cleanup and lawn establishment was completed in three days and exceeded our expectations. I have no doubt the next phase will go as planned and be completed in a timely fashion. They worked hard, were knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
