Mr. Rex called back immediately and came out to the house within an hour. He was neatly dressed and courteous. He treated our problem promptly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this small privately owned business.

Not very happy with Rex Environmental Pest at all he called with a quote versus going to see the property. We scheduled a time for him to complete the work never did, then there were weather issues which resulted in a delay then again we scheduled a time he did not complete. More delays then the price increased by 50% now after work was suppose to be done yesterday. Another delay and claim for more money. I would not recommend his services he is not organized enough to quote properly and/or deliver service as quoted.

Property size was much larger than she described. Also, inaddition to the leaves to be cleaned there were a large amount of large tree limbs to be cleaned up prior to leaf removal. Customer also changed area for leaf disposal to an area several hundred yards away than originally required; therefore, an extra charge was warranted.

Rex was quick to respond to my inquirers. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing, and how it worked. He did not try to sell me products that I do not need. He was very prompt and courteous, and his rates were Vera reasonable. Also ,since his services ,I have not had any unwanted pests! Overall, I was very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

Rex Environmental came out, they were very prompt, very courteous, took care of my problem at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
