Went on Homeadvisor for the 1st time and it surpassed my expectations. Within the hour I got a call from R&R and appointment made to fix the problem. Ron does excellent work, professional and absolutely reliable. I'm so happy and pleased and highly recommend R&R for any project big and small. If you need a job done right the first time, use R&R. You will not be disappointed.

Very responsive to my calls. Only minus is I asked for an itemized receipt and just got a receipt with total cost of services. Expected to see labor and materials, etc.

The owner, Ron, was terrific during the whole process. Everything was completed as promised and on time. Ron even pointed out things we missed that I never would have seen. He made the repairs on the extras and included them in the original price. They finished the project a 1/2 day early and he actually pro rated the cost. I have more projects coming up and will only make one call. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Although they were timely on responding for a quote and work, I was very disappointed. Potentially, they would have done a better job but needed micromanagement. I would not leave any decisions to their experienced discretion. I was also disappointed that they would not fix issues without charging more money. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this company.

This customer had pictures to hang and closet shelves to put up. We needed her to tell us where to put them up and when I asked her to tell us she said use your professional experience to put them up. When I put up the closet shelf she said she didn't like the height so we had to take it down and patch the holes. I told her that she had to than tell us the placement of all the items.

Very fast response with the estimate and subsequent work. The job was done very, very well with a courteous and efficient crew. Clean-up was perfect. Would recommend R&R and will use them again for any future projects.
