Ron did an excellent job. He replaced some rotten wood on the outside of my home. Went the extra mile using tar paper and flashing to prevent future rot caluked and painted it. Would definitely recommend.

Had an emergency the day after Thanksgiving. My disposal died and in turn couldn't even run my dishwasher due to the blockage. Ron came within 2 hours, did the work quickly and cleaned up. Saved my weekend!

Ron showed up on time, brought drop cloths, materials, and removed his shoes without question when he entered our home. He replaced old mortar from a glass block window in the bathroom, both inside and outside. He was efficient with his time, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. He did a very nice job, made other helpful suggestions, and we would certainly call on him again for other projects.

Ron was very responsive to my calls and was fair about his price. However, he is not someone to hire for any project for flooring or resurfacing a garage which is what i needed help with. I specifically asked him if he was familiar with these projects and he reassured me that he was. After a botched flooring job which he blamed the material for he worked on the garage. After two weeks the garage floor still was not dry. I finally had to have another company come out and fix the garage floor which caused me to spend triple the amount of money to fix. Same story for the wood panel flooring. I found the other services through Homeadvisor and was very satisfied. I was very frustrated with the fact of Ron not letting me know that it was not his area of expertise.

I had Ron build furniture from pottery barn kids. He was late both days by an hour and a half. The project took three times as long as was projected. I was happy with the finished product but very dissatisfied with the rest of the experience.

Made me a vanlence as well. Did great repairs and maintenance work for me

Mr. Higer hung two types of shelves in an 8x8ft closet. To do this, he had to remove a kitchen cabinet and we discovered that there was no flooring beneath it. So he repaired that, too. In addition, he rewired kitchen lights which were faulty. He was prompt, clean and polite. I would recommend his services.

Ron Higer was on time, knowledgeable,accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. When he completed his work...I asked him for a business card and he gave me "RCC Associates - General Contractors" What gives???

Accommodating, professional and timely, Ron explained the work and cost with detail precision. Would hire again without reservations.

Ron was efficient, capable, honest, reliable and pleasant. I hadn't checked reviews before he arrived and was pleased that this was such a good experience.
