He called immediately and showed up on time and was very professional. He walked us around the house, took pictures, and discussed each of the problems. He will send us a detailed report which we have not yet received, but should receive this week. So far we have been very impressed with his work. Will send update after receiving the final report. Update: report came as promised. Detailed and professional.
