Inspector came out but would NOT go into the attic to inspect the roof from the inside. This did us no good! he gave us the option of paying him 100.00 for what little he did or pay nothing and receive no report. We chose the no report because it was not complete.

To whom it make concern: There were reportedly roof leaks. The roof was a tile roof and could not be walked on. The inspection had to be conducted from the attic. The roof was low sloped and had very little clearance and no lighting except for my flashlight. I could not safely get to the area where the leaks were reported.
