Pros: Arrived promptly and furnace has been working well so far. Cons: After a first service visit, we still had problems and the second visit seemed to run with the assumption, replace everything that might be a problem, so there is no third visit.Turned out rather more expensive than we expected.. Also, our credit card was charged for each visit before we even saw an invoice. Maybe if we had asked, we could have seen the invoice on his smartphone, but it was never offered.

Very much appreciated Jake's quick response and follow up. Husband was in hospital having surgery when furnace went out. Jake was willing to come later that night and from description knew what was wrong and fixed the problem in a short time. It was around 12 degrees outside so was REALLY happy! Would recommend his service and will use again when time to replace furnace or motor.

The owner, Jake, contacted me immediately and arrived within an hour. He was able to obtain a new motor for the furnace and the heat was back on in less than 2 hours.

Premier did an amazing job getting my furnace working. They came within an hour of my calling Home Advisor and within 2 hours of my call my furnace was working! The motor needed to be replaced. The repair was quite pricey, but I have no idea how much a furnace motor costs. Also, it was a Saturday so there may have been an additional charge. I was very impressed at the quick and professional service. Thank you!!!
