He came and figured out the problem in a short period of time although the cost was a lot more than I thought it would be.

He came and completed job in a couple of hours despite having to go get blower motor. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

My furnace stopped working early this fall. I left messages with various companies and even scheduled an appointment with Roy's for the following week. Jake then called within a 1/2 hour and came right out. He diagnosed my problem immediately as the gas valve. I was suspicious, because a couple years ago, I had Mr. Plumber come out for a problem with my water heater, and the technician told me (without touching anything on the system) that it was the gas valve $$$, Turned out, the pilot light just needed relighting! So Jake patiently walked me through the diagnostics with the test equipment he was using and showed me the readings and explained it all to me. He then returned the next day, with the part, and installed it in no time. My furnace is back working perfectly. He accepted my check on completion of the job and sent me a receipt immediately from his phone. Extremely skilled, professional, honest, and patient guy. I will definitely call him again for my future plumbing or heating repairs!

Jake was very quick to respond to my furnace problems and showed up on time. Extremely courteous and made sure to mask and glove up during this Covid-19 crisis. Most importantly he was honest and didn't overcharge. I would definitely use him again for any future problems.
