"I can safely say this is the best carpet cleaning and repair business in the Buffalo area if not all of Western New York and beyond. Brad is passionate about what he does. Polite, hardworking, and professional. I had a carpet repair and cleaning done by him and I could not be more satisfied if I tried. The work done was efficient, done in a timely manner, and was easy on the pocket book. The problem with most companies is that they clock in and out and do not put passion into what they are doing. This is not the case with carpet star. Brad explains his work and the process just like the customer was working alongside him and you can see the drive in him. I am extremely pleased and grateful that I found this company. I was amazed at how quick they provided me with estimates and their follow up was amazing. They finished remodeling a full bathroom, basement and all bedrooms, I was very pleased with both the experience and the finished product that I ended up re-doing my deck and living room. "Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."
