It took him 5 minutes and $103 to tell me the furnace was off, he light it up and that the furnace is super old and obsolete. Other than that no good morning or any "person to person or customer service whatsoever " I got serviced by the owner

Although when he called me, he didn't disclose the service call fee....just gave me an estimate...under $100 . He did fix my problem but he treated this like a "side job ". I was assured that he was cheaper than anyone else....he did leave a business card but I was looking for company I.D. Or something to identify him as an employee of Premier.....would I call him again? I don't know..

I have been trying to obtain a receipt for payment of services rendered to no avail. It took 2 and a half days for work to be completed.

This is a one man operation. He not only did great work but made some changes to our thermostat that will have our furnace running more efficiently. I would definitely recommend Premier Heat.

He showed up about 30 mins after he called and spent the entire day at my home replacing my furnace -he had it done in 1 day working alone. He did an awesome job.

I would hire again. Owner came himself, assessed what needed to be repaired, gave us quote, obtained part and fixed problem all within hour in half on a Sunday eve. Very professional. He did a great job. He had our furnace up and running better than ever. I am a believer in Homeadvisor.

They came out a half hour after I called and corrected another hvac company's mistake. I was very happy and will for sure be a customer in the future.
