Jake called me the same day I put the ad in. He made an appointment for an estimate. He was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We signed the deal, he came and installed the HVAC unit on the day he said he would and on time! He did a wonderful job. It's a very good, neat installation and the basement was spotless, you couldn't even tell he was there. My unit is just a he said it would be, efficient, quiet, a great price, I'm extremely happy. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for HVAC work.
