I appreciated his honesty and timeliness. The price was fair and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

In an hour he had my furnace back up & running normal again! Just in time for the winter months ahead! A little pricey but you get what you pay for! Yes I'm happy with the service & should something go wrong they would come back out immediately.

I put service request in at 8pm, problem was diagnosed, parts replaced, and heat was back on by 10:30 pm same night. Very professional, non pushy, and honest. He got my 30 yr old furnace running like new. He never tried to sell me a newer furnace, but I will definitely be calling him back to install a new one in the near future due to the inefficiency of my older unit. It's refreshing that when I needed a repair, he came to fix , not sell.

Jake was awesome, he called me almost immediately after I put in a request on Home Advisor. He was able to call me before going to my house to do the work instead of giving me a large window of time which was huge since it's tough for me to take a lot of time away from work. I would definitely recommend them!

same day response to my problem. Called me and kept me updated as to time to arrival at my home. Explained everything he was doing and problems that were seen. Also gave me info for future costs for possible replacement of boiler system when the time comes, and explained difference between standard boiler and High Efficiency boiler system. Gave me a fair price for work performed in a timely manner. Very professional, friendly, and willing to help and give information to my questions. Will use Jake again for future work and will recommend to friends and others. as reliable and professional business and worker.

I never use sites off the internet, and feel I am looked at as the clueless house wife when calling for service. So I said I'd give this a try, and now I will always refer to home advisors, this site is real, easy to use. I actually feel comfortable and trust home advisors for whatever services I may need. As for Premier Heat.... AWESOME !! They were above and beyond what I had expected and hoped for. After I filled out the info on home advisor, Premier Heat sent me one email and one phone call. They were not pushy, and will to work around my schedule. The service man was extremely knowledgeable, professional, very nice, and fixed my furnace. I had two other companies fix my furnace last year, and the furnace broke each time. Thanks to Premier my furnace is working better than it ever has. From my experience I highly recommend Premier Heat, and Home Advisors.
