    You could tell that the technician was experienced and had done many repairs to garage doors. No problem with the work but honestly very, very expensive. I agreed up front to the amount and was not disappointed in the quality of the material and the expertise of the technician. Just thought it was far more expensive than it should be.

    Fantastic service—quick response and quality work. The cable on our garage door was broken and our car was trapped in the garage. They answered the phone over the weekend and set us up fIrit thing on Monday. Our tech was Phillip, who was fantastic. He showed us the broken parts and described options to fix them. Phillip encourages us to stay and watch his work so we could ask questions and he could show us how to do regular maintenance. We were extremely pleased with the work and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.

    Bachir came to inspect and quote the project . He was friendly and super knowledgeable. I had a tight timeline to get the house ready for open house and he made it happen. Solomon came and installed it. He was friendly as well. Everything works smoothly.

    They live up to their tv ads completely! Making an on-line appointment was easy. Paulino showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and, as advertised, had all the equipment needed to fix the problem. He cleaned up after himself, and was gone in a little over an hour. I’m very pleased.

    The service agent came in check the problem and told us what part we need to repair the garage door. He asked us for the permission to start the job. When we give him the permission he did the job as promised. He was very nice and polite respectful. He is a asset to the company.

    The technician adjusted the spring tension and replaced the track rollers. He diagnosed and solved very eassy the issue . Highly effective. Very responsive and he explained to me my options to improve the garage door system.
