Cory was a pleasure to work with, he was courteous and professional. He didn't stop until he located the problem and repaired my garage door. Very pleased with the job. They came out the same day I called, which was greatly appreciated. Will recommend.

When my garage door wouldn't open all the way, I contacted Precision Garage Door based on other positive reviews I found on line. They did not disappoint. A mechanic, Chad, came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem. He met with our nanny who said he was extremely polite. I received a call from the owner who then gave me a brief lesson on garage door mechanics and what was needs to get ours operational. Given that our door was large and heavy, they did not have the parts in stock and thought it would take a few days to get them. Two days later they were back at the house the door was fixed. OUTSTANDING!!!! Highly Recommend, great service, great price!!!!

Garage door stopped opening/closing, called Precision Door Same day service - showed up on time. Knowledgeable and courteous repairman. Determined the problem in 5 min and explained the issue (just a broken part, not a broken system), replaced the broken part within an hour - garage door works great. Fair price. Positive experience- would recommend.

The staff at Precision Garage Door were easy to do business with and friendly. Mike, the technician that came out to repair our door, was on time. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. He showed us the worn and broken parts that needed to be replaced and was upfront with the cost of the parts and repair work. They even gave us a senior discount. When we need service on our garage door we will definitely call Precision Garage Door and request Mike again. A+ from us.

I asked the company to inspect my non working Garage Door Opener to see if it could be repaired. The Technician arrived on time. Completed the task I asked him to do in a timely manner. The Garage Door Opener could not be repaired. At this time I am still considering what brand of Garage Door Opener I want to purchase.
