    We had called another company but we’re scheduled for next Tuesday. Caleb was able yo come to us, assessed the problem and replaced our garage door opener within 2 hours. He was very professional and courteous and we will use this company again! Thanks Caleb!!

    Bachir Gharbi updated my aging garage door opener. He explained causes for the problems it was exhibiting and offered solutions. I was very pleased with his work and was glad I called Precision Garage Door to perform repairs. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I definitely give him .

    I had a sudden failure of my garage door and due to unusual circumstances I needed it replaced quickly. I called Precision in the morning and they gave me an appointment later that day. The tech Rodney was on time and very pleasant. He told me that my unit was a goner, and explained my options to replace it. He also recommended the newer urethane rollers which made the operation quieter and smoother. Overall I give Rodney and Precision an A++

    Scheduling service with Precision was easy and they were very accommodating to my needs. The technician gave me a 30 minute call before arrival which I requested and they provided. The technician listened to my questions and what I needed in this evaluation of the garage door operations. Upon completion of the assessment he provided me with a quote for the repairs required to make the door mechanically operable. I will pass his quote of the recommended services onto the new buyers of the property. He showed me the necessary parts which need replacement, did a minor service on the door springs; all managed in 30 minutes. If necessary I will definitely call Precision Garage Door of Bay Area for any future garage door issues on my property; it was a pleasure doing business with them.
